The terms that apply when you use this website or send us an RFQ.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Sukvai Manufacturing Co., No. 4, Second Street, East Kamakoti Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600087, Tamil Nadu, India ("Sukvai", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting a request for quotation (RFQ), you agree to these terms. If you submit an RFQ on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Website information
The content of this website is provided for general information about our products and capabilities. It does not form an offer, a specification or a warranty. Technical details, capacities and lead times are confirmed only in a written quotation or order acknowledgement.
3. RFQs and quotations
- Submitting an RFQ does not create a contract or oblige either party to do business.
- Any quotation we provide is governed by its own terms, and a contract is formed only when we accept a purchase order in writing.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only drawings and specifications that you are entitled to share.
4. Your drawings and intellectual property
You keep all rights in the drawings, specifications and other information you send us. You grant us a limited right to use them only to evaluate your requirement, prepare a quotation and, if you place an order, to manufacture and supply the parts ordered.
5. Confidentiality
- Drawings and specifications are treated as strictly confidential.
- They are used only to evaluate your requirement and prepare a quotation.
- They are never shared outside Sukvai without your written permission.
- We sign your non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, before you share details.
These commitments do not apply to information that is already public, that you have allowed us to disclose, or that we are required to disclose by law.
6. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false or misleading information, uploading malicious files, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using automated means to send enquiries.
8. Our intellectual property
The Sukvai name, logo, text, images and design of this website belong to us. You may view and print pages for your own business use but may not copy or reuse them for other purposes without our permission.
9. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown above applies from its effective date, and the version you accepted is recorded with your RFQ.
