Privacy Policy
How Sukvai Manufacturing Co. collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. Summary
- We collect personal data only when you send us an RFQ through this website.
- We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to do business with you.
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
- We never sell or rent your data, and never use it for marketing without your separate consent.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data.
2. Who we are
The data controller (in India, the "data fiduciary") is Sukvai Manufacturing Co., No. 4, Second Street, East Kamakoti Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600087, Tamil Nadu, India ("Sukvai", "we", "us").
3. What we collect
When you submit an RFQ: your name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), country, product category, estimated annual volume, your description of the requirement and any drawing or specification you attach. Please do not include sensitive personal data (such as health or financial information) in the form.
When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
Cookies: this website does not set any cookies or use similar technologies (local storage, pixels or fingerprinting). Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to font providers. Because we use no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is needed.
4. Why we use it and our legal basis

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the RFQ form, and for the legitimate uses permitted by that Act. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8); this does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Who receives your data
Your data is seen only by Sukvai staff who need it to handle your enquiry. We use the following service providers (processors), who act only on our instructions and under contractual data-protection terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security and processing of form submissions.
- Resend — delivery of RFQ submissions to our team by email.
- GoDaddy — hosting of our business email, where RFQs are received and stored.
We do not sell or "share" personal data as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not disclose it to any other third party unless required by law or with your permission.
6. International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in India, the United States and other countries. Where data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- RFQs that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months of our last contact with you.
- If you become a customer, we keep correspondence for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as Indian tax, accounting and commercial laws require (currently up to 8 years).
- Technical website logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Everyone may ask us to access, correct, update or delete their personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time.
In the EU, EEA and UK you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
In India you have the rights of access, correction, completion, erasure and grievance redressal, and may nominate another person to exercise your rights. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
In California you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.
We respond to requests within one month (or sooner where local law requires) and will not charge you for doing so. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to RFQs is limited to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Links to other websites
Links such as "View on Google Maps" take you to third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies. We do not control those sites.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date at the top show when it last changed, and the version you accepted is recorded with your RFQ.
13. Contact and grievance officer
To exercise your rights, withdraw consent or raise a concern, contact our Grievance Officer by post at Sukvai Manufacturing Co., No. 4, Second Street, East Kamakoti Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600087, Tamil Nadu, India. You can also send us a message through the RFQ form; please mention "Privacy request" in the requirement field.
